The List of Teachers for “Al - Ḥalaqat al – Thālitha”

Shahīd al - Ṣadr has collected the latest theories in subject of “principles of Islamic Jurisprudence” on various topics and has reviewed and critiqued them on advanced jurisprudential level in this book.

Shahīd al - Ṣadr has said the following in this regard:

“Verily, the aim that we have entrusted to these three books (Al - Ḥalaqat al – Uūlā, Al - Ḥalaqat al – Thāniya, Al - Ḥalaqat al – Thālitha) is that it should be examined and we have designed them in accordance with what we have referred to previously which is to prepare a seminary student for the level of advanced jurisprudence and place him on a level of comprehending the general structure of the science of Islamic Legal Theory and on a level of accuracy in understanding its features and rules that will enable him to properly digest what is given to him in the discussions of advanced jurisprudence.”

At the moment the book, Durūs Fī ‘Ilm al – ‘Uṣūl “Al - Ḥalaqat al – Thālitha” and similarly commentaries on it are available in bookshops and in the software developed by the Islamic Seminary called “Jāmi’ ‘Uṣūl al – Fiqh.”
