The 2nd Global Ethical Finance Conference (GEFC 2026), focusing on “Ethical Finance for Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Economies,” will take place on November 23–24, 2026, in London, UK. Held in a hybrid format (in-person and online), the event brings together academics, policymakers, and industry professionals in Islamic and ethical finance.
Conference Objective:
GEFC 2026 aims to provide a global platform to exchange evidence, debate policy directions, and showcase practice-based solutions across ethical banking, ESG, and financial inclusion. The conference explores how ethical finance—including Islamic finance, sustainable finance, and responsible innovation—can support inclusive growth and long-term economic resilience. In line with its core values, 10% of the conference profits will be donated to charity.

About the Organizer:
The conference is organized by the Islamic Finance Review (IFR) in collaboration with academic partners, notably the Journal of Islamic Banking, Economics and Policy (JIBEP). Outstanding submissions will be recognized with a Best Paper Award, and selected papers may be fast-tracked for publication in JIBEP following standard peer review.
