Recognized as a leading global academic event at the intersection of law and digital technology, the Machine Law Conference has officially announced its fourth edition, scheduled for May 23–24, 2024. The conference is organized by the Centre for Legal Innovation and Digital Society (CLINDS) at the Faculty of Law, Chinese University of Hong Kong and is set to explore how the legal systems respond to the evolving dynamics of digital technologies and emerging business models.
- Best Paper Awards:
The conference invites submissions with three Best Paper Awards, each including round-trip airfare and a three-night stay in Hong Kong. - Focus Areas:
Topics include artificial intelligence and law, metaverse law, cybersecurity, and other emerging issues in digital governance. - Submission Details:
Abstracts (maximum 350 words) must be submitted by January 12, 2024, via email to:
clinds.law@cuhk.edu.hk (in accordance with submission guidelines). - Important Dates:
