In the 22nd Book Conference ceremony of the Islamic Seminary, which was held today in the conference hall of the Ma’sūmiya School in Qom, the book " Al-Fāiq fī Al-Usūl " which was written by the teachers of the department of contemporary jurisprudence of the Islamic Seminaries, was selected as the "Chosen Book" (which is the highest rank) in the subject of jurisprudence and Islamic Legal Theory.&nbsp;We would like to express our gratitude to all the professors and great scholars who made this book even better with their guidance.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:74.14%;"><img src="https://fms.s3.ir-thr-at1.arvanstorage.com/jayzh_ktab_sal_hwzh_1180f9dd66_6ed2cb933c.jpg"></figure>

Achievement of the highest rank of the “Islamic Seminary’s Book of the Year” in the subject of Jurisprudence and Islamic Legal Theory

&nbsp;Martyr General Qassim Soleimani (1957-2020), known as “Haj Qassim”, was the former commander of the Quds Force and the axis of resistance against the Zionist Regime and America.He was the commander of the 41st army of Tharullah during the holy defense period and one of the commanders of Walfajr eight, Karbala four and Karbala five operations. In 2001, Qassim Soleimani was appointed as the commander of the Quds Force by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ayatollah Khamenei, and after the emergence of ISIS in Iraq and Syria, by being present in these areas and organizing popular forces, he fought against this group and played a special role in the destruction of ISIS regime in the occupied areas.Undoubtedly, he was one of the most important people involved in the security of the country of Iran, who, using the power of faith and martyrdom, followed the goals of the Islamic Republic system and the strategy of defending the oppressed and the cause of the Palestinian freedom in a global scope and with full authority. His mastery and cleverness in implementing military tactics and thwarting the enemy’s plans were such that he was nicknamed “Shadow General”.Finally, at the age of 63, General Soleimani was martyred in the morning of Friday, January 13, 2018 in Iraq in a terriost operation by the United States.

The member of the Guardian Council during his advanced kharij fiqh lessons in the grand mosque of Qom stated: “The way to prevent these issues from arising is that everyone - especially the ladies who maintain hijab and those who see Lady Fatimah al-Zahra and Zeinab al-Kubra (peace be upon them both) as their leaders - should announce that we want the hijab. This desire should be announced to the entire world.”&nbsp;Ayatollah Shab Zendeh Dar continued: “These rallies (in support of hijab) that we see in some places are effective and beneficial and should be supported. The public should help officials deal with this issue with greater determination, by making their demands heard"&nbsp;&nbsp;

"I personally gave copies of the published books of the department to the leader, and he said: 'I've read through these books', he then became happy and said 'they were written in a good style'". "Regarding the discussion on adhering to absolute meanings in new subjects, the leader told me": 'I have a lot to say in this area'.&nbsp; Ayatollah Shab Zendeh Dar continued: "The last time His Eminence Ayatollah Arafi gave a copy of one of the books to the leader - which was probably the second or third edition and had some differences from the first edition - as soon as he took the book he said 'this work is very significant and must be done'. A movement that has achieved a strong foundation today in the second step of the Islamic revolution and continues to excel livelier than before.Just as you have pointed out in that letter, whenever the co-operation of the Islamic Seminaries and experts from the universities has become stronger, we have witnessed the production of rich intellectual output.Today, the department of contemporary jurisprudence too by laying the for innovative platforms, has started a new intellectual chapter in the co-operation between the Islamic Seminaries and the universities on a national and international level and it is quickly expanding it. In this new chapter of the intellectual movement and regarding forty years of experience of various types of cooperation between domestic intellectual institutions and international models, the position of specialists in each field in the clear system of group cooperation and the coordination of intellectual collaborating groups has increased incrementally and the platform the production of rich intellectual output has been completed.Today the horizon of our intellectual achievements is not limited to inside the country rather it has been praised on an international level. As long as accurate and up-to-date comprehensive thematics are placed next to the upstream advanced jurisprudential ideas of philosophy, intellectual methods and the jurisprudence of different sciences, it will be able to conquer the peaks of knowledge and advance the frontiers of knowledge.The experienced strategy of forming intellectual councils around the advanced contemporary jurisprudence courses are very successful and suitable for real intellectual cooperation, far from being caught in common organizational structures; such that when there is more cooperation between professors and university researchers we can achieve its development and also form courses on epistemology in the Islamic Seminaries. The essential instructions for this cooperation have been communicated and its base is ready.
