List of Registered Lecturers for ‘Al-Fā’iq fī al-Usūl’

Considering the presence of distinguished professors and elders in the city of Qom, in addition to benefitting from the discussions and scientific, sympathetic and constructive criticisms and appreciations for the new educational program, we witness the affectionate empathy and co-ordination of these respected people and this is the Islamic ethics, which has always been an original tradition of the Islamic seminaries and today as well it continues. Till September 2022, in the city of Qom alone, 152 teachers have registered to teach the book ‘Al-Fā’iq’.

The book ‘Al-Fā’iq’ includes discussions that students are required to study in their advanced level classes and which is not studied in-depth in their prevalent books. From amongst these subjects, we can mention ‘Seere Uqalā’ (Conduct of rational people); Ḥujjiyat Iṭlāqāt dar Mawḍū’āt Mustaḥaditha (authority of the generic proofs in new subjects), Tanqīḥ Manāṭ (isolation of the criterion), Ilgā ye Khusūsiyat, Tanāsub Ḥukm wa Mawḍū’ (compatibility of law and subject).

The 8th edition of this book is available at present in the ‘Intishārāt Ḥawza’ bookshop at Madāne Ruḥullah. In addition, a soft copy can be obtained and studied using the reading application ‘Hamrah Nūr’ (همراه نور).
