Department of Contemporary Jurisprudence Issues Notice on IPR Violations

Websites and messaging app channels have illegally published previous editions of 'Al-Fa'iq'.

Unfortunately a number of websites and instant messaging app channels have illegally and against basic etiquettes published previous editions of the book entitled 'Al-Fa'iq'. It has also been reported that in some cases these online platforms have even received money for every download of the book.

It is worth noting that the available scanned copy is outdated, and due to subsequent changes it cannot be relied upon or cited in any form.

The scanning and publishing procedure was carried out without the permission of the Department of Contemporary Jurisprudence (Fiqh) and which is also against existing regulations in Iran, a case which will be legally pursued by the 'Intisharat Hawzeh' (Hawzeh publications).

The final copy of the book 'Al-Fa'iq' will be published in the near future on relevant platforms for those interested in it. The necessary announcements will be made in due time.
