1. In the academic year 1401-1402 (2022-2023), students on the 9th and 10th level who have participated in one introductory lesson of contemporary jurisprudence and pass in the exams of the two semesters (of that academic year), a 1.5 score as an accolade will be added to their written exam score for the book ‘Makāsib’ and a 1.5 score as an accolade will be added to their oral exam score for the book ‘Makāsib’.
Note: Accolade score for the written (exam) of ‘Makāsib’ at the discretion of the student, can be added to any of the score of their written ‘Makāsib’ (exam), with the condition that they obtain at least a score of 12 in that exam.
2. In the academic year 1401-1402 (2022-2023), students of advanced level classes who have participated in the introductory contemporary jurisprudential classes and were successful in their exam for the two semesters, a score of 2 will be added to their interview for their advanced level class as an accolade.
Note: At the discretion of the students, accolade score for their advanced level interview can be added to any of their advanced level interview scores with the condition they obtain a score of at least 12 in that interview.
3. Teachers for introductory lessons of contemporary jurisprudence will be subject to all the privileges that teachers of higher levels have including length of teaching and remuneration.
4. All distinctions of introductory lessons of contemporary jurisprudence is specific only to students who participate in one introductory lesson and obtain a score of at least 12 in the written exam.
5. For each of the introductory lessons of contemporary jurisprudence, at least 60 lessons must be held in each semester even if these 60 lessons are held together, during holidays, such as in the month of Ramadhān.
6. In order to participate in the second semester of the academic year of every lesson, the specified lesson program of the first semester should have been studied.
