Advanced Contemporary Jurisprudence Course on the Jurisprudence of Legislation

This course will examine the following issues:

• The relation between jurisprudence and the law
• The position of the legislative council and legislation in Islamic jurisprudence
• Terms and duties of the legislator
• The religious legitimacy of the methods of legislation

Time: Mondays/ 2 hours before the noon prayer

Location: Qom, Start of Jumhuri Street, Muasseseh-yeh ‘Aali-ye Fiqh Wa ‘Ulum-e Islami, Basement, Prayer Room
